' Wild Valley' is a painting about the waning evening light that permeates the valleys and hills of the Isle of Skye. The mysterious valleys and mountains take on an otherness which resonates with atmospheric light and to convey the feeling of beauty together with a brief moment in time. This painting consists of oils & oil pastel on a cradled panel and is 40x40x4cm. It is unframed for your own choice of frame to suit your own interior. It was completed after a trip to the Inner Hebrides when the weather had a dark brooding and ethereal feel.
