There is a point when Autumn turns to Winter that is tangible to our senses, that feeling when all we want to do is hunker up and keep warm, cooking hearty winter meals and enjoying a bit more down time. The bright days at this time of year are so crisp and the light seems to sing of the beauty all around us and the contrast of blue skies and sharp light is so inspiring.
Being creative at this time of year becomes so much easier as inspiration comes from everywhere in the landscape, the light, colours and the shades of the autumn leaves. Being in the outdoors feels more mindful and appreciative of nature and its seasons brings a sense of simple joy.
Ive been so busy the last few months with a commission but still feeling ready for new things that are starting to build so look out for new ideas forming in the near future!
